We aim to ship your orders as soon as we can. Whilst we endeavour to maintain next-working day delivery in the UK, please allow for 3-5 working days (please note working days are Monday to Friday). International deliveries are subject to local restrictions. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order delivery.

  • We offer free shipping for all UK orders over £50.
  • UK orders made before 1pm are sent out the same day.
  • Delivery timeframe: 1-2 working days.
  • EU orders made before 1pm are sent out the same day.
  • Delivery timeframe: 5-7 working days.
  • US/Canada orders made before 1pm are sent out the same day.
  • Delivery timeframe: 7-10 working days.
  • International orders made before 1pm are sent out the same day.
  • Delivery timeframe: 10-14 working ways.




At Weedibles™, we stand behind everything we make and everything we say. As such, if you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, feel free to contact us to request a refund or to make an exchange for a different product.


What can I return?

Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. However, please note there are a couple of rules.

We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back unopened in their original packaging.

We will process a guaranteed return in all instances where the wrong order has been dispatched or goods are faulty.

Due to the nature our products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once opened and the tamper seal is broken. All other issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you encounter any issues.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of safe return and postage back to our returns address, prior to receiving a refund


When can I return my order?

ALL return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. After a period of 14 days, all sales are considered final.


Faulty Items

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your items.

Our customer service team would be happy to assist – Please contact us before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.

If you have a printer, we can send you a label for a pre-arranged collection. If not then you can return it to us by a standard delivery service of your choosing.

We will refund you for any standard shipping costs. However, no refund will be given for any additional service delivery costs you may have chosen.




We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However, in some cases, due to the current global situation this time frame may be extended to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
